Road crashes kill one, injure one

One person died and another was injured in road accidents in the country yesterday and Saturday.
Our Chapainawabganj correspondent reports, a BGB man was injured when a Chapainawabganj-bound truck hit his motorcycle in Dhobra area of Shibganj upazila of the district yesterday.
Shahinur Rahman, 30, a sepahi of Sonamasjid BOP under BGB-9 Battalion in the district, is admitted to Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital.
Our Gaibandha correspondent reports, a person died when a microbus ran him over on Sunderganj-Rangpur road at Kadamtola in Sunderganj upazila on Saturday night.
Akhterul Islam, 17, of Kadamtola village, was being chased by people with who he got engaged in a clash following family feuds.
Police yesterday arrested two people in this connection.
