Progressive Carnival of Cakes
Airtel has more or less been synonymous with the youth for the past few years with their call-rates and campaigns to get the youth interested. On 13th and 14th February, Airtel hosted 'Carnival of Love' at the National Army Museum Field in Dhaka. With the screening of “Bhalobasha 101” and concerts on both days featuring the likes of Nemesis and Ajob, it was a real treat for the visitors and we decided to cover everything.
Today, we have a feature on awesome super-groups. Unsurprisingly, Dave Grohl is in two of the eight bands. It would have been more if we decided to include Tenacious D, the Trent Reznor projects and even Queens of the Stone Age to some extent.
There's an article on Fake Cakes just in case you have a morbid phobia of cakes. We keep something for even the oddest of the bunch. Personally, I think that you shouldn't be eating anything if you can't eat cakes. Just, y'know, waste away without eating. Your cakeless life is unwarranted in this world.
This instalment of Mixtape features some good ol' prog tracks. Reader Arafat Aziz personally messaged us asking for a progressive rock/metal playlist and we delivered. Zoheb helped. Sort of.
