No sports, it's wedding time

The Moulvibazar stadium has been decked up for hosting the wedding of Awami League minister Syed Mohsin Ali's daughter.
Five huge pandals now stand at different corners of the stadium to host some 15,000 wedding guests today. Many places of the lush green stadium have been dug up for putting up the pandals.
The grand preparation was made for the marriage ceremony of Social Welfare Minister Mohsin Ali's daughter, Syeda Sanjida Sharmin Sanju.
Groom Mosharaf Patwari, originally from Laxmipur, lives at Shyamoli in the capital with his family.

This arrangement forced the district cricket team to postpone their practice for the last 10 days and they are uncertain about the resumption of their practice.
Moulvibazar District Sports Association said it permitted the minister to use the stadium for the wedding following his written application last month.
The family members of the minister said they would repair whatever damage would be done to the stadium after the wedding ceremony.
Mohsin Ali who created sensation after smoking at a public programme and hurling abusive words at the journalists once again came to the limelight for arranging such a massive wedding ceremony in his home district.
The minister held a meeting with the local journalists at Moulvibazar Circuit House yesterday and invited them.
