Israeli forces kill Palestinian
Israeli forces shot dead a Palestinian man yesterday, the Palestinian health ministry said, the first killing in the occupied West Bank during Ramadan as the army said it targeted an armed suspect.
Amir Imad Abu Khadija, 25, was killed by "the Israeli occupation bullets during their aggression on Tulkarm," the ministry said in a statement.
The Israeli military said forces raided the village of Shufa, in pursuit of Abu Khadija who was allegedly involved in multiple shootings targeting Israelis.
The killing is the first fatality in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, which started yesterday.
