UIU Photo Carnival

UIUP and JC, one of the student's clubs of UIU is working to introduce and motivate photography and journalism as co-curricular activity for the students of this university. This club has been established in 2005 and, currently, this club is enriched with 853 dedicated members among which some are well renowned both nationally and internationally. As a yearly event this club is organising ‘UIU Photo Carnival'13’ this year.

The programme will be held on June 15, 2013. It is a way of making a platform for potential students who have creativity.

Photo Carnival 2013 has been inaugurated by Professor Dr Chowdhury Mofizur Rahman, Pro-VC of UIU, and Sumon Ahmed, Director of Student Affairs and Lecturer Monirujjaman at the main campus of United International University.

In this exhibition 40 photos got selected from 24 photographers. This selection has been made by renowned judges from 250 submissions from 78 photographers.
