TTL Kuakata Safari

It was truly a great experience to be present with TTL (Through The Lens) in their last safari to Kuakata. Like every month, TTL, arranged a safari in August. A group of 40 TTL members participated in this safari and this time an arrangement was made for on-field photography contest, titled “Photohunt”.
I must say it was a unique experience for all of us and being a part of the jury board I was amazed to see the extraordinary creativity of the photographers. A total of 24 photographers participated in the three-day contest. On the first day, they were given the theme “Life on the beach”. At the end of the day, 12 of them were shortlisted for the second day, and they took photos on the theme, “Action”. On the third and final day, only 8 photographers were selected to shoot on the theme “Impress the Judges”.
The three-day safari was full of excitement and enthusiasm and I'm sure all photographers gained much-needed experience and appreciated the action.
