Dancers of the district brought out a colourful procession that made its way through the main streets of the district headquarters.

The speakers said dance is one of the most difficult art forms to master.
They urged young dancers to practice dance forms like Bharatnatyam and Kathak, instead of following western forms, adding that a true artiste must know the roots of dance.
Later, the artistes performed dances highlighting the seasons of Bangladesh as well as classical dances.
