The Gregs, Old DOHS earn promotion

The Gregs Club and Old DOHS have been promoted to the Premier Division Basketball League, which starts from Monday, after finishing champions and runners-up respectively in the Citycell First Division Basketball League that concluded yesterday.
The Gregs thrashed Mohammadpur BC by 94-49 points in their last match at the Dhanmondi Basketball Gymnasium to finish top of the table. Oliver scored highest 29 points while Tonmoy netted 26 points for The Gregs.
Niloy scored 17 points for Mohammadpur BC. The winners led the first half by 42-27 points.
