Seminar at Presidency University

Department of Civil Engineering, Presidency University, organised a seminar, titled 'Building Technology for Natural Catastrophes: Earthquake and Cyclone Events' on July 25 at the university's Gulshan campus in Dhaka. Professor Dr. Muhammad Mahboob Ali, Vice Chancellor of the university, addressed the seminar as chief guest, while Professor Dr. Mohammad Shariful Islam of Civil Engineering Department of BUET presented the keynote paper. Among others, Dr. Shahidul Hasan of Department of EEE, BUET and Professor Dr. Tapan Kumar Chakraborty, Dean, School of Engineering of Presidency University, were present at the seminar.
