Samples of our artists' work to be seen all over Bangladesh
Philosophy is the firm resolve of mankind, fine art is the expression. Art elevates the elegance, magnifies the magnificence, and makes a very common thing uncommon and a hideous thing heavenly. When a person wants to reveal the first thing, he tries to express it through pen or brush strokes. Children, before learning to write try to express themselves through drawings. Art redeems the inmost part of a person's heart.
With this in view, Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy started a mobile fine arts exhibition including painting competitions on 5th February 2000 at Shilpacharjya Zainul Abedin Gallery at Mymensingh. After that, the mobile fine arts exhibition rotates throughout the country among 63 districts and came to an end on 25th October 2002 at Ali Ahmed Public Library, Narayanganj. With the same initiation the exhibition starts its journey into Dhaka City starting form Udayan Higher Secondary School.
