Repo auction held

Bangladesh Bank's repurchase agreement (Repo) auction for commercial banks and financial institutions was held here yesterday. Three bids of 2-day amounting to a total of Tk 110.75 crore were received and accepted. The rate of interest against the accepted bids was 8.50 per cent per annum, a BB press release said.
