Professor Dr Saleh Ahmad Passes Away

Professor Dr Saleh Ahmad, an eminent educationist, died on June 3, 2013 at the age of 93. He obtained PhD in Mathematics in 1963 from Colorado State University, USA. He taught for more than 60 years at the University of Dhaka, University of Karachi and a number of renowned universities in the USA, Canada, UK, France, Spain, Turkey and Uganda. He founded Mymensingh Women Teachers' Training College and a number of schools in the older part of Dhaka city.
