Port city people throng Gonojagoron Mancha

Like every Friday, people from all walks of life again gathered at the Gonojagoron Mancha staged in front of Chittagong Press Club yesterday chanting anti-war criminal and anti-Jamaat-Shibir slogans.
The animated people of Chittagong also made the area lively by singing motivational songs and beating drums and playing other musical instruments.
They reiterated their demands for capital punishment for all the criminals of Liberation War of 1971 and ban on politics of Jamaat-e-Islami and Jamaat backed Islami Chhatra Shibir.
The programme is held every Friday at the same venue from 3:00pm.
Samprodayikota Birodhi Torun Udjog, Chittagong (Anti-Communal Youth Initiative) initially started the sit-in programme in front of the press club that instantly turned into the movement of the mass people of Chittagong.
