New DMD of IFIC Bank

Mashiur Rahman, senior executive vice-president of IFIC Bank Ltd, has been appointed Deputy Managing Director of the bank, says a press release.

Rahman started his banking career in 1966 as a Trainee in the then National Bank of Pakistan and worked in various capacities.

After '71 Liberation War, he was posted to Sonali Bank in the United Kingdom.

Rahman joined IFIC Bank Ltd in 1983 and held responsible positions in different capacities. Prior to his appointment as Deputy Managing Director, he was holding the charge of General Credit Division as Group Executive, Operation-1.
