Navy seizes two mechanised boats

Bangladesh navy ship Tanveen during its routine patrol seized two wooden bodied mechanised boats with 310 tonnes of foreign salt and arrested 19 crew of the boats near Sandweep yesterday, said an ISPR press release, reports BSS.

The total value of the goods, including boats, is about Taka 61 lakh 50 thousands.

Goods, boats and crew were later handed over to the proper authority for legal action.
