Mannan Bhuiyan condemns arrest of party activists

BNP Secretary General Abdul Mannan Bhuiyan has condemned the arrest of the leaders and activists of Noakhali, Mohammadpur, Naogaon and Sripur units of BNP and its front organisations.

In a statement yesterday, Bhuiyan said the government has arrested the party workers to fulfil their political will.

He demanded release of the partymen and withdrawal of, what he termed 'false cases' filed against them.
