Lack of Humanity

Today while I was watching television, I came across a news channel displaying an absolutely grotesque video of a policeman being beaten to death by some men on the streets. It was horrible and I was appalled by the lack on humanity in the people of our country. I cannot believe that these people consider themselves humans when they are behaving worse than wild animals. I cannot fathom what must have gone through the minds of the family and friends of that policeman.

I hope someday I can turn to people from other countries and actually be proud of the people of my country, because right now, I'm nothing less than ashamed. My prayers are with all those who lost their lives because of such inhuman political turmoil.
