Irritating SMSs to subscribers
We have been observing with utmost dissatisfaction that some mobile phone companies are frequently sending messages to subscribers about their various offers. They, in conjunction with other companies, are also sending messages to the subscribers offering goods that may not have any importance for an individual subscriber.
Sometimes a subscriber gets 10 to 15 such messages per day which is absolutely disgusting. Mobile operators should be serious about the matter and send texts considering its importance to subscribers. Every The SMS should ask whether the subscriber is interested in getting such kinds of SMSs again. If the operators do that, it will reduce our sufferings.
