ICC's double standard
On 13th of August, Dave Richardson, the ICC CEO, said that all players who have been charged with fixing in BPL will not be allowed to play any international or domestic cricket until the investigation and trial of the crime ends. Bangladesh Cricket Board followed that instruction by not allowing the Bangladeshi players such as Ashraful and Mosharraf Rubel to play in the DPL and other tournaments. However, I was shocked to see Lokuarachchi, a Sri Lankan and Dhaka Gladiators player playing in the Champion League T20 match for Kandurata Maroons against Otago Volts. Meanwhile Darren Stevens, another accused, is still playing county cricket. ICC's double standard has shocked me. Are all rules only for Bangladesh to follow?
