Human skeleton found in capital
Police recovered a human skeleton from an abandoned tin-shed house in the capital's Shympur area on Monday night.
The skeleton was sent to Sir Salimullah Medical College morgue yesterday for forensic test.
Abul Kalam Azad, officer-in-charge of Shympur Police Station, said the one-room house located at Faridabad has been locked and abandoned since November 2011. On suspicion patrol police broke open the door and recovered the bones inside a sealed plastic drum.
Morgue sources said it might be a skeleton of a female as it was clad in salwar kameez and had long hair.
