Green Delta Insurance appoints new MD

Farzana Chowdhury has recently been appointed as the managing director and chief executive officer of Green Delta Insurance Company Ltd.
Prior to the appointment, she was the additional managing director and group chief financial officer, the company said in a statement.
A member of Chartered Insurance Institute, UK, Farzana has over 15 years experience in the field of insurance.
She completed her master's in business administration from Business School of Monash University, Melbourne, Australia and also holds a diploma from Malaysia Insurance Institute.
Farzana also served BRAC Bank as the head of SME banking for nearly seven years and BRAC as regional manager for around five years.
