Four remanded in Aloy murder case in N'ganj

A Narayangaj court yesterday granted remands for four persons in a case filed over killing college boy Aloy in the district.
Zakia Islam Tania was put on a two-day remand while the others – Moktadir Hossain, Sajjad Sarkar Siam and Lakkhan Karmakar on a three-day.
Narayanganj Chief Judicial Magistrate Jadib Hossain passed the order after police produced them before the court seeking a seven-day remand each.
The victim's father Nazrul Islam, in his case statement, said Aloy was strangled after Tania and her friends took him out of the home over an affair.
Police recovered the body of Rakibul Islam Aloy, a second year student of Notre Dame College, from the Shitalakkhya river on Friday after he had gone missing on Wednesday.
