Exhibition at JKKNIU

A three-day painting exhibition began at the conference room of Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University (JKKNIU) in Trishal. The programme concluded on April 3, 2013.

A total of 37 students of different sessions of Fine Arts Department took part in the exhibition. More than 100 paintings on subjects of varied interest were displayed.

Vice-chancellor of JKKNIU inaugurated the exhibition as chief guest.

Treasurer of the university Professor Dr Md Abul Bashar, Head of Fine Arts Department Md Safin Omar, register (in-charge) of the university Md Humayun Kabir, Mohammad Emdadur Rashed, convener of the exhibition organising committee; its member secretary Masum Hawlader and members-Siddhartha Dey and Nagarbasi Bormon were present at the inaugural session, among others.
