Death anniversary

The 35th death anniversary of Motiur Rahman, former public relations manager of Pakistan International Airlines and Biman Bangladesh Airlines, was observed on Saturday.
On the occasion, Qurankhwani and a milad mahfil were held in the capital's Mirpur, said a press release.
He worked as the chief reporter of the Bangladesh Observer, Bangladesh Times and Weekly Holiday. He was also a stringer for The New York Times.
