Arms, ammo recovered by BGB

Border Guard Bangladesh recovered arms and ammunition from a mango orchard at Shyampur village in Shibganj upazila of Chapainawabganj early yesterday.

A patrol team of BGB at Monakasha border found one pistol, two shooter guns, one magazines and three rounds of bullets that remained abandoned, said Lt Col Sajjad Sarwar, commanding officer of 53 BGB Battalion.

However, none was arrested in this connection.
