Christ Church to celebrate New Year's Day

The Christ Church in Chittagong has organised day-long programmes today to celebrate the New Year's Day, says a press release.

The church, now located at Jubilee Road, is also celebrating its 162nd anniversary and bidding goodbye to an eventful year, an evolutionary decade, and a revolutionising millennium.

The day-long programmes, to be held at the compound of Christ Church, include prayers for all the departed souls and for peace for the whole world.
