Brazil to face Spain in final
Hosts Brazil are going to face defending world champion Spain in the final of the FIFA Confederations Cup 2013 at Maracana Stadium in Brazil on Sunday (local time).
The match, which has already being called “Dream Final” by the football lovers around the world will start at 4:00am Monday (Bangladesh time). Maasranga TV and Star Sports will telecast the match live.
Most successful football team in history, Brazil is currently holding 22nd place in FIFA world ranking while Spain won the last three major tournaments -- UEFA Euro 2008, World Cup 2010 and Euro 2012 -- and set themselves in the 1st position in the current FIFA ranking.
The teams reached the final showing tremendous display of modern football.
Brazil beat Uruguay by 2-1 in the semis while Spain beat another European giant-- Italy -- in tiebreaker and made their way to the final.
Uruguay and Italy will also play for the third place of the tournament tonight. The match will start at 10:00pm Sunday (Bangladesh time).
