BCL activist hurt in attack

A BCL activist was attacked and seriously injured by Chhatra Dal and Shibir men in Burir Bazar area of Mohendro Nagar union in Sadar upazila at around 4:30 pm yesterday. He was identified as Mohon Kumar Roy, 25, of Nizpara village in the union and a member of union BCL. General Secretary of Lalmonirhat district BCL Mehedy Hasan said, Mohon Kumar was attacked by Chhatra Dal and Shibir men. They stabbed on his head, legs, hands, back and face with sharp weapons.
