Metro rail: Quader inaugurates test run on Agargaon-Motijheel section

Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader inaugurated the test run of metro rail from Agargaon to Motijheel at 4:34pm today.

At the programme at Agargaon station, Quader said three stations -- Farmgate, Secretariat, and Motijheel -- would initially be opened when trains start running on the Agargaon-Motijheel route.

On June 18, Quader said Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will inaugurate the Agargaon-Motijheel section of metro rail in October this year.
