Ex-envoy Golam Mosih appointed political secretary of Raushan Ershad

Former ambassador Golam Mosih was appointed political secretary of Leader of the Opposition Raushan Ershad.

Served as ambassador of Bangladesh to Saudi Arabia and the Permanent Representative of the OIC from 2015 to 2020, Golam Mosih previously served as the Leader of the Opposition's Political Secretary in 2014, assistant private secretary to the Opposition Leader, Mamun Hasan, said in a press release.

Golam Mosih is the third son of the late Abdul Awal, a founding member of Awami League and MLA of Sonargaon in Narayanganj.

He has worked for multinational companies such as British Petroleum, Total Gas, Asia Satellite, Hong Kong Telecom, General Atomics.

He was a presidium member of JP till 2013.
