Govt announces Ramadan work hours

Work hours at government, semi-government, autonomous and semi-autonomous institutions during Ramadan will be from 9:00am to 3:30pm.

Banks will remain open from 9:30am to 4:00pm.

The decision was made yesterday at a cabinet meeting held with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the chair.
