Chattogram Metropolitan Police yesterday inaugurated its central CCTV monitoring and controlling system with 411 cameras at 70 different spots across the city.

Meanwhile, the newly-built CMP media centre was also inaugurated at Dampara CMP Police Lines.

CMP Commissioner Saleh Mohammed Tanvir inaugurated the system titled "Eyes of CMP" through a press briefing at the media centre.

The CMP commissioner also inaugurated an automatic chart of transport fare for  different routes.
