CID picks up RMCH contractor for questioning

Criminal Investigation Department (CID) on Monday night picked up a contractor of Rajshahi Medical College Hospital for interrogation over 17 files missing from the health ministry.

Nasimul Islam Goni alias Toton was picked up from his Rajpara residence in Rajshahi city.

"We did not arrest him. He was sent to Dhaka for interrogation in this connection," said Abdul Jalil, special superintendent of CID in Rajshahi.

"He needs to be questioned as one of the missing files involves Rajshahi Medical College." he said.

The CID officials also searched his office but did not find any such file.
