Art camp held in Mymensingh marking Victory Day

A daylong art camp was held at Mymensingh city's Shilpacharya Zainul Abedin Park yesterday, marking Victory Day today.

Mymensingh Bhibagiyo Charu Shilpi Parshad organised the camp styled "Rong Tuli Ar Canvase, Mati Bijoyer Ullashe", reports our Mymensingh correspondent.

A total of 16 prominent artistes -- including Kazi Golam Kibria, Nazmul Rahat, Mohammad Liakat Ali Khan, Polash Sheikh and Nobonita Chowdhury -- from different parts of the country took part in the camp and drew Bangladesh and its glorious history of independence.

City Mayor Ekramul Haque Titu greeted the artistes with crests and citations.
