Both the Bangladeshis were in the Coramandel Express train which runs between Shalimar and Chennai, our New Delhi correspondent reports quoting the official.
Efforts are on to find out their identity, the official said, adding that the condition of the two was reported to be stable at a hospital in Balasore, which is an hour drive from the accident site.
At least 288 people were killed so far and more than 900 injured in the horrific three-train collision, which is the country's deadliest rail accident in more than 20 years.
