Bangladesh seeks Vietnam’s support for resolving Rohingya crisis
Bangladesh has sought the proactive support of Vietnam for a sustainable solution of the Rohingya crisis within the Asean framework.
Foreign Minister AK Abdul Momen and his Vietnam counterpart Bùi Thanh Sơn had a telephone conversation today and discussed issues of mutual interest including the Rohingya crisis.
Both the foreign ministers discussed the entire gamut of ongoing bilateral cooperation and agreed to further strengthen and boost trade and investment cooperation.
They also discussed ways to enhance people-to-people ties between the two countries.
