The dead is Abdul Hafez, of Kutupalong Lombashia refugee camp, said Sheikh Mohammad Ali, officer-in-charge of Ukhiya Police Station.
Both the victim and the perpetrator used to work in a meat shop in Kutupalong Bazar beside Cox's Bazar-Teknaf highway, the police official said.
