Man stabbed to death

A man was stabbed to death by unidentified criminals in Rangamati Sadar upazila yesterday.

Provat Chakma, 47, used to live in Sadar upazila with his family.

Locals informed police after spotting his body in the Moanoghar Residential area at Rangapani.

His left arm bore injury marks from a sharp weapon.

Rangamati Kotwali Police Station Officer-in-Charge Ariful Amin said the body was sent to the Rangamati General Hospital for autopsy.

"Police are investigating the incident. It is not immediately clear who is responsible for the incident," he added.
