9 skeletons stolen from Manikganj graveyard

Nine skeletons have been stolen from a graveyard at Ghior upazila in Manikganj last night.

A group of unidentified miscreants stole the skeletons from their graves in the Jannatul Baki Graveyard in Bara Dhulandi area, beside Dhaka-Aricha highway, reports our local correspondent quoting Officer-in-charge (OC) of Ghior Police Station Riaz Uddin Ahmed Biplob.

Legal action will be taken against those involved in the theft, the OC said, adding that Criminal Investigation Department and Rapid Action Battalion have been informed of the matter.
