Arrest order for Mridha, 2 railway staff

A Chittagong court on Sunday ordered the arrest of three Bangladesh Railway officials in two corruption cases.
Senior Special Judge SM Mujibur Rahman issued the warrants against Yusuf Ali Mridha, suspended general manager of railway (east zone), Golam Kibria and Hafizur Rahman, railway welfare officers, for corruption in recruitment.
Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) filed the two corruption cases with Kotwali Police Station in the port city against the trio on September 13, 2012.
The court also ordered the arrest of the illegally appointed employees as well.
Earlier on October 6, the same court issued an arrest warrant against Mridha in a separate case.
