All accused of Sudarshan murder case in Ctg have been acquitted
All the thirty-two accused of sensational Sudarshan murder case of Chandanaish in the district have been acquitted of the charge after continuation of the case for ten years.
The court of the 6th Additional District Judge AKM Morshed yesterday disposed off the case as no charge could be proved against them owing to lack of witnesses and evidences.
A group of armed dacoits killed Sudarshan Barua in October 1992 setting afire his shop after confining him inside the shop.
Sources said, no charge could be proved in the court as none of the witnesses excepting the IO (Investigating Officer) and another person appeared before the court during the long trial.
It also took long eight years before the charge could be framed in connection with the gruesome murder.
