AB walks out of Bangladeshi Idol
The very first aired episode of Bangladeshi Idol saw much drama, as Ayub Bachchu -- one of the judges of the show -- walked out from the set after a disagreement with co-judge Ferdousi Rahman.
In the episode aired Friday at SA TV that featured auditions of Dhaka, a disagreement broke out between the two judges over the last participant of the episode, one Sheela Rani Debi. While the other three judges praised her classical-based singing, Ayub Bachchu thought the selections were made rather one-dimensionally. At one point, Ferdousi Rahman's remarks on band music and guitar-playing prompted AB to get up and leave.
Both the judges later said it was an unexpected incident, but did not disclose of anything about their presence in the next episodes.
