1 killed in Lalmonirhat road crash

One person was killed and seven others were injured after a bus hit an easy bike on Lalmonirhat-Kurigram road in Sadar upazila of Lalmonirhat Saturday.

Deceased was identified as Mofiar Rahman, 45, of Khedabag village at Sadar upazila, reports our correspondent in Lalmonirhat.

Police said the accident took place when the bus rammed the easy bike at Khedabag area leaving Rahman dead on the spot and seven passengers of the easy bike injured.

The injured were admitted to different local hospitals.
