Pakistan hands over secretariat of S Asia EFA Forum to Bangladesh

Pakistan has handed over the Secretariat of South Asia EFA (Education For All) Forum to Bangladesh at a simple ceremony held at the Pakistan Secretariat in Islamabad yesterday.
Federal Education Secretary of Pakistan government Abdur Rauf Choudhury handed over the documents of the Secretariat of South Asia EFA Forum to Bangladesh High Commissioner in Islamabad Yasmeen Murshed.
The South Asia EFA Forum comprising seven Saarc countries was set up in 2001. The objective of this sub regional forum was to promote exchange of information and expertise for the achievement of Education For All (EFA) goals, the release said.
