ntv turns six

Satellite channel ntv turns six today. To mark the occasion, several special programmes will be aired on the channel through out the day. Here are the highlights of some of the programmes:
A musical programme "Shurer Akash Ekhon" will be aired this morning at 8:45pm. The musical will feature contemporary young singers Balam, Nancy and Kona. Produced by Najmul Huda Shapla, the programme will be hosted by Elita Karim.
Celebrity talk show "Shomoyer Janala" will be aired at 10: 05am. The programme will shed light on some celebrities such as Bipasha Hayat and Joya Ahsan. Jahangir Chowdhury is the producer of the programme.
Musical programme "Palabadal" will be aired at 11:30am. The highlight of the programme is a group of talented musicians, who add a new dimension to contemporary Bangla songs. Kafil Ahmed, Shayan, Arup Rahi, Amal Akash and Afsar Ahmed are the guest artistes in the programme. Alfred Khokon has produced the programme.
Telefilm "Swapner Shuru" will be aired at 2:30pm. Written by Sagar Jahan, the telefilm is directed by Raihan Khan. The romantic story of the film circles around two individuals Adrita and Bhor. They meet through a common friend Rudra. But to his surprise, Bhor comes to know that Adrita has known him from quite a while. Their friendship gradually turns into love. Noted film actor Riaz and Tarin are the leading actors in the telefilm.
Comedy show "Rangashala" will be aired at 4:10pm. Produced by Yousuf Hasan, Debashish Biswas will host the show. The show will feature popular actor Abdul Kader as the judge. Shampa Reza and Richi Solaiman, among others, will take part in the show.
The special single episode play "Hydrophobia Noy Barang Jol Bishayak Galpo" will be aired at 9pm. The play is written and directed by Anjan Aich. The story of the play revolves around three individuals Omio, Rakib and Lata. Intekhab Dinar, Iresh Zaker and Nova play lead roles in the play.
