Pabna FFs demand allowance hike

Pabna district unit command council of Bangladesh Muktijodhdha Sangsad in a memorandum to the Liberation War ministry urged increasing their monthly honorarium to Tk 5,000.
The freedom fighters also demanded correction of the freedom fighters list made by the immediate past four-party alliance government.
Other demands made in the memorandum include free supply of gas and 200 units of electricity for the freedom fighters' families, ensuring 15% quota for the freedom fighters' sons and daughters in granting full free studentship in educational institutions and 30% quota in the job sector for them.
