The photo on the left taken in March shows Sajid Washing and Dyeing Ltd not using their Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP). Locals say that the factory's ETP was not run in the last six months. However, the factory fired up their ETP, right, when BIWTA and the district administration started to vacate a piece of land of the Turag from the factory's occupation.
