Convict arrested in Noakhali

Rab members arrested a convict of a murder case at Begumganj in Noakhali on Saturday night.
Acting on a tip off, members of Rab-7 led by Maj Shamsuddin and Inspector Mahmudul Hasan arrested Hasan, 30, from his residence at Basantabag under Gopalpur Union at 10:00pm, Rab source said.
Several cases including a murder case had been filed with Begumganj Police Station against Hasan, Maj Shamsuddin said.
Rab members handed him over to Begumganj Police Station.
