Maicon's season all but over

Inter Milan coach Jose Mourinho calmed fears that Brazil right-back Maicon's season is over by claiming on Wednesday that the 27-year-old could play in the last game of the season.
Maicon injured his leg in Brazil's 1-1 draw with Ecuador at the weekend and it was feared that his season may be over.
But Mourinho says the full-back could be fit to play one match at the end of the season, provided the club are champions.
"According to the doctor Maicon could play the last championship match, to celebrate (the title)," said the Portuguese boss.
