Youth stabbed to death

A young man was stabbed to death in Kulaura upazila of Moulvibazar district on Friday night.
The victim, Farhad Chowdhury Sohag of Singrauli village in Kamalganj upazila under the district, came to Purbo Monsur village in Kulaura upazila to join the wedding ceremony of his cousin Shamsuddoha on Friday.
At about 7:30pm, Farhad came out from the house as Ahmed Ishtehad Abbas Ruso, also a cousin of bridegroom Shamsuddoha, called him.
As Ruso stabbed Farhad, he died on the spot while the killer managed to escape, police said.
